Our Staff

Our staff are chosen very carefully, not only for their qualifications, but also for their love of children.

We endeavour to create a family atmosphere with each child having their own specially appointed key-worker.

90% of our staff are qualified to a minimum of level 2 in childcare with the majority at level 3 and above. They undergo a rigorous recruitment process, with full police checks and personal references for each one.

In addition to our comprehensive Induction Programme, which includes Paediatric First Aid training, we provide continuous support to our staff throughout their time with us, ensuring their skills are kept up-to-date to include Makaton and Baby Massage training. Because we are an educational establishment, all staff are familiar with the Early Years Foundation Stage for 0 - 5 years.
